Katherine Materiale helped my husband and I sell our Murrieta home. She has always been involved in the community/HOA which is one reason why we wanted her to be our realtor. This home has been special to us in that we had raised our children here in that critical “first five years”. The community has many other families with small children. The residents go all out for holidays to make it very special for the kids and the community events are very enjoyable.
