Where do I start..... We are a military family buying who were first-time buyers, and buying from another state. The process of finding a home virtually, and a lender was already stressful enough to then searching for an experienced and trustworthy realtor...totally insane. I found 3 different realtors who fail to meet our needs in experience, communication, and reliability. Overwhelmed with stress I stayed up late one night desperately scrolling through social media in search of another realtor, LUCKILY I came across Katherine’s page???? I reached out and the rest is history. She truly was a blessing from God and I mean this with my hand on my heart. In one week she got done what previous realtors hadn't done. She set up a plan, a scheduled zoom meeting, and homes for us to view, all in one week. She took the time to get to know us, find out what we needed and wanted. Katherine is everything you could hope for in a realtor. We had a very large property with many levels of difficulty. Katherine sold our home for more than we hoped for and with honesty and integrity. I took a while to write this review because I wanted it to reflect EVERYTHING that Katherine did for me. She went above and beyond from the very start of my experience of buying a home. Her expertise was immediately evident. She is very professional, knowledgeable and consistent with the care that she exerts into all aspects of her job. The thing is it isn't just a job for her. It is her way of life. Finding joy and completeness for others. It is making someone's else's dreams come true. Buying a house is very stressful but with Katherine any stress or worry is alleviated because she takes it in as if this home was for her and her family. As if she was making her own dreams come true. Buying a house with Katherine is effortless because she takes on the hard work from finding all of the things you require in your home to sending weekly updates once you find your dream and finally joining in on the joy of walking through the door for the very first time. When there is fear she offers support. When there is anxiety she calms you and when there is stress she allows a way for peace. The difference Katherine makes is she doesn't give you a house she gives you a home and a dream a reality. I have worked with Katherine for the sale of my mother's dream, my dream and now my husband's dream. I wouldn't give over such an important job to anyone else!
